  Eppicenter - Calef Highway, Epping, NH.jpg - Eppicenter - Calef Highway, Epping, NH. Located between Main Street and NH Route 125, the Eppicenter is situated at the hub of one of the fastest growing commercial markets in the state. Comprised of a 12,124 sf strip center and a detached 1,766 sf Starbuck's coffee shop, the project required the complete redevelopment of the highly visible 1.11-acre site. Once a local restaurant and an abandoned gas station, the location is now characterized by upscale architecture and verdant landscaping. With extensive client involvement, Jones & Beach worked diligently to maximize the site's yield while maintaining its functionality and appeal. The result is a valuable addition to Epping's emerging retail district and a welcome enhancement to the vitality of the local economy.
