Originally intended to be a supermarket and retail component of a larger project that Jones & Beach completed in 1995, the site’s remaining land will now host a two-story medical office building. Together with the TD Banknorth, Monro muffler shop, and Wendy’s restaurant already in place, this latest component will significantly broaden the scope of this multi-use development. Totaling 56,000 sf, the new complex will provide not only professional office space, but outpatient care and emergency services as well, bringing a wide range of health care options to the local community.
