The Rinks at Exeter is a 95,000 square foot twin-rink project designed on a ledge site to balance cuts and fills, provide sufficient parking with stormwater detention and fast track schedule working with a team of consultants. NHL SKATE, the developer, used this layout as the template for what was to have become multiple sites throughout New England. Jones & Beach designed a second facility in Hyannis, MA., which was never constructed.
