Jones & Beach Engineers designed a 6,000 S.F. retail building with 24 parking spaces on a L-shaped lot on Route 1in Seabrook, NH. This corner lot presented many design obstacles which were overcome by using underground detention of stormwater and integrating the site into the new highway construction.
