Jones & Beach Engineers, Inc. (JBE) recently completed the design and permitting for the construction of two (2) twenty-four (24) unit residences with associated parking in Hampton, NH. Site improvements included the construction of the proposed residential buildings, parking, drainage improvements, and connection to the town sewer and water systems.

The project involved Low Impact Design (LID) implementation of a porous pavement system in the associated parking areas.

The project was permitted through the NHDES Alteration of Terrain (AoT), NHDES Wetlands, and NHDES Wastewater Bureaus. Construction was completed in the summer of 2013.
