We provide civil engineering, land surveying, and construction services to industrial, municipal, commercial, healthcare, and residential clients throughout the seacoast region of New Hampshire, northern Massachusetts, and southern Maine. The company is well established, having been in business since 1977. We have a dedicated team of 30+ civil engineers, surveyors, and administrative support staff.
As a progressive leader in the Seacoast advocating for Low Impact Development (LID) stormwater management design, we’re helping to PAVE the way to a GREENER environment! We routinely design sites with various LID techniques to minimize impervious surface run-off, infiltrate run-off, and to treat stormwater using cutting-edge methods and technologies.

Job Description
As a civil project engineer, job responsibilities will include designing roads, residential developments, commercial sites, stormwater management design and modeling, utility design, as well as Town, State and Federal permitting. You will be designing every aspect of a project from initial concept to construction. This provides excellent opportunities for learning, growth, and advancement. It is important for all of us to be well-rounded engineers. Work directly with the whole team on a day-to-day basis including the owners of the company who all have 20+ years of experience in civil engineering.
We have a very collaborative, flexible, fast paced, but fun work environment. Candidates will need the ability to perform in a deadline environment, be a resourceful problem solver, and have excellent time management skills.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Associate Degree in Civil Technology or relevant work experience
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Carlson, Microsoft Office and Windows. Experience with ArcGIS and HydroCAD a plus
• EIT Certification or ability to obtain EIT Certification desired.
