Jones & Beach Engineers, Inc. (JBE) performed land surveying, engineering design and permitting for this 4-story Commercial and Residential Development located at 83-91 Ocean Boulevard in Hampton, NH, between J and K streets.  This mixed-use project consists of 8,105 S.F. retail condominiums on the first floor with 36 1-bedroom ocean view residential condominiums on the next three floors. The gated parking lot is located behind the building which allows a continuous upscale retail strip for tourists.  Tight designs at Hampton Beach are critical to maximize the use of these small ocean front properties.  We have designed, permitted and overseen construction on more than 20 projects at Hampton Beach.  The grand opening was in the spring of 2013.
